Two original artworks, created to reflect summer nostalgia, have been merged and printed onto a large silk crepe square (110 x 110cm).

The scarves are hand numbered and limited to an edition of 50.

Using the silk scarf as a canvas, Fiona Simmons and Rose Megirian have collaborated on a project to merge their individual design visions and their artistic pursuits: fashion, 2-dimensional artworks and functional art objects.

Hailing from Melbourne, Fiona has created a watercolour of beer, beach hair, fairy lights and sweaty pillows. Rose, from Darwin, has created a paper cut of tropical fruit, large fronds, bare feet and sunburnt breasts.

The silk squares can be worn, hung as an artwork or used to carry ya tinnies!

Each scarf also comes with a limited edition A3 Risograph print
